Jake graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with degrees in Finance & Real Estate. He started his career at Heller Properties. He helped with major projects like a 130-unit development in Henderson, Nevada, & a 40-unit project in Beverly Hills. Later, he worked at Marcus & Millichap in real estate brokerage.
